Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Siemens to a friend?
Yes
Why?
They are a large, historic company and with that comes many experienced and professional employees which means that there is a lot of support inside the company, they also value you as a person not just an employee
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?
Onboarding process was easy and simple, the application process was easy done on their website, they also did a week in Cumbria before starting the role with other apprentices who were starting in the country too which was good. The interview stage was formal but not pressurising nor an intimidating environment
