Department manager and duty manager for a retail store ensuring all business metrics are met daily, from customer service to stock replenishment to ensuring legal compliance, dealing with customer issues and covering whole store and managing all staff at work
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the programme very informative and I learnt a lot from it, I also enjoyed being able to put into practice what I was learning as I was learning it.

learnt a lot about new theories and how they impact staff and the daily running of a business, how to implement new ideas and and achieved my level 4 apprenticeship

I found it very organised and very simple to follow with clear expectations and a clear structured programme to follow
