I control customer orders for delivery and collection from the store, managing a fleet of 8 vehicles and a team of approx 30 colleagues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was really enjoyable and I learnt a lot about the business. I felt there were too many marketing modules though

Yes as i changed my job role during my apprenticehip. My apprenticehip gave me the confidence and skills to do this

The pormgramme is well organised and structured with regular visits from my trainer

My employer gave me the time I needed to complete my modules and especially when I was nearing my end point assessment. I also had regular skills endorsments from my employer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer was always available to help with questions/concerns. We had regular planned visits and during my end point assessment my trainer ensured I was prepared. I had excellent support
