It is fairly well structured throughout the apprenticeship programme with regular updates from our coordinators. There seems to be a blurr between nearing the end of your university programme and becoming a graduate within the programme.

Receive enough support, all the staff in the company are professionals within a huge range of fields and all find time to offer support when needed.

5/5
All fine.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It provides a general understanding of the module to apply within the work place. Although it isnt very specific to my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes lots. Apprentice / grad networking events every month. Training days at head office. Cricket, football, boules and rugby competitions.

Recommendations & Advice

Yes
Why?
Good company with great people and support.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
Be yourself and ask lots of questions as the apprenticeship route is a new scheme that needs to be fully understood to commit to a 5 year course.
