I work to support HR consultant on a wide variety of HR issues ranging from talent to recruitment to team development.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was good as it gave me a chance to learn something new throughout the pandemic. Sometime the pandemic made the learning feel like a lonely experience but it was also a bonus to have a new qualification at the end.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt alot about basic HR support and what all sectors have to do to support their people.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I had three coaches in total throughout my apprenticeship and they all had different ways of working which I appreciated. The transition between coaches was smooth.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manger was very support and always asked if their was anything I needed. My team also provided support and advice if I asked for it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My coach was always on hand to offer support or advice. Our regular calls were vital to keeping me on track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has help me understand the work that goes on in my area and why decisions are made.

They were always on hand for support and if I had any questions or queries they did their best to answer them.

listen to your coach and ask any questions that come to mind no matter how simple they may seem.
