Working on updating the internal tools of the company through a project. Learing new methodologies and practicing them daily.

Had to eventually manage a project by myself as well as deligate work to colleagues.

Received support via daily, weekly and monthly check-ins. In terms of workload, encouraged to research tasks thoroughly before asking for support.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Hard to comment on socialability due to covid meaning any social events were cancelled. Staff on site were not very diverse and therefore all followed a similar culture which wasn't in tune with my own all the time.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Very much enjoyed my project, although it lasted very long. Would have benefitted from more employees of my age group / demographic in order to feel more included / fit in with the culture.
