my role on a day to day basis consist of answering telephone calls, booking viewings, doing viewings, sending details to clients via emails and calling out to all clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programmer a lot the set up is fantastic! And everyone is always so helpful

Telephone skills, communication, Tone of Voice, and Body Gestures. Also local property knowledge.

Very well structed with having a training day each month and being set tasks throughout the month to complete all sections on the course.

I am always recieving support from my employer and constructive criticism what I like to help me improve in the work place, and not make the same mistake twice.

I receive a lot of support from my mentor and any questions i have adrain my mentor will get back to me asap.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i believe it helps me a lot due to things coming out when working in the office helping me attack the tasks more efficiently

There are networking advice but not regular and not any events what i know of at the moment. but there is some charity work
