As a team lead I will run the shift and work the met /exceed the goals set out by the am , ensure targets are met and customer orders are prioritized, support tier 1 associates with any issues they have or signpost them to someone that can resolve their issue.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it is a great programme that gives me a chance to get an education that i missed out on as i went straight into work , and it allows me to directly apply what i learn to my work

for the most part very organised and structured only concern is for the time frame for the second units and time to complete assignment is really short so this will be challenging

the qualification helps to get back to basics as I've been with the business for a while and allows to me to see through a different perspective which is very beneficial

ask questions ,listen ,learn be willing to share new idea's on old process
