Production control, liaising with stakeholder throughout the business to get the best possible outcome for our customers and keep a good flow of material to the shop floor.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme very much, I am very independent in my job and I am relied upon to do it without being told. I enjoy my team and how we make decisions to get the best possible outcome for our customers and business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have developed my confidence in decision making and commination. I have a new skill in excel, using different formulas and presenting data sets in different ways.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme I am on in terms of job is very well structured, I have daily tasks and meetings that I do each day. However, in my college work I struggle to get a structure as I am not in a classroom setting so I do assignments at freewill.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer, especially my manager, we have regular 1:1 and she trusts me to get on with my job with little disruption and fear of any misses. I am trusted to attend important meetings with our leadership team and support different teams.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Not a lot, I see my training provider 'tutor' every 6-12 weeks, to do reviews and have apprenticeship discussions but have limited support from my tutor on assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I feel from my training provider, I understand the important and liaising with stakeholders and what that means to the business and how it runs. How I influence stakeholder decisions is important to the success of the business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are lots of networking activities such as women's network, golf society, company organized events and charity events.
