As an assistant manager I am involved in the daily running of the pub. Ensuring that items are ordered for example beer food, cleaning supplies. Cash handling and banking. Managing my team. I daring to company regulations and values.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program. I do find it difficult at times along with working. But I find I can quite easily handle the work load.

I've learnt management skills and management styles. I've learnt time management techniques. Conflict management techniques.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised. I had a bit of an issue when I swapped trainers however it has been sorted now and I am very confident in the trainer I currently have
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Green king are very good at supporting me they give me the time I need to do the work. They also help provide the offer job hours with training etcetera
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my trainer. They're always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or at the end of an email. The online resources they have are very well wit at written.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification is going to allow me to become a better manager. I've learnt management techniques and management styles that I feel like I will be able to use in day-to-day running when I get my next job role

Yes
Why?
As a company they looked after us very well during the covid 19 pandemic. They are very big on a work life balance. I feel like my needs are kated too when issues arise
