Mentoring and coaching young people who come onto the Early Careers programme. Including managing progress, overcoming barriers, end point assessment preparation and development sessions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like the opportunity of the personal development involved in apprenticeships at Solenis, the mentoring scheme and the opportunity to gain hands on experience.

Yes since starting my Coaching & Mentoring apprenticeship I have been able to apply lots of theories to my coaching of apprentices on a day to day basis.

Very, we have set learning outcomes and my progress is monitored monthly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, my line manager asks about my progress and gives me opportunities to learn new things weekly along with helping with assignments.
