My role involves amending user account, machines and setting up new profiles. I will generally deal with tickets on a daily basis and work through local office issues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy the course, it has given me a lot of life skills and has helped me progress my IT career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - building machines, looking into root cause troubleshooting and building rapport. I have been able to develop my skills greatly.
