Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
It is an on and off-site role which makes working and learning more practical and exciting. You get heavily involved in projects and meetings with team members as well as clients
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Everyone you work with is so accommodating and willing to help. The workload is enough to keep you busy, but not overwhelming. The programme is also interesting and the University studies are relevant to your work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have become more confident in my work and communicating with staff and clients alike. As you are heavily involved in projects, you get introduced to multiple different systems as well as broaden skills on already familiar softwares.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is very well organised and structured. As it is an online University setting, you are not restricted to specific timings which is very accommodating. There are also staff on the programme available on a timetable to help answer any queries regarding the content and overall University experience
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Everyone is very accommodating and willing to help and guide you. You have meetings with your line manager for general catch ups as well as work. Also, mentors who work more closely with you on projects are assigned to you, providing another means of help and guidance
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
You are involved in bi-monthly reviews to assess your progress, as well as contact details for means of support. As the Study is solely online there is a little less personal experience, compared to Face to Face, but they are available online to aid you, which is still extremely beneficial.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The qualification and putting the teachings into practice is helpful in understanding my role more
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
