I receive training on electronic, compressed air and mechanical systems in preparation of going out into the business. This is bundled with theoretical and practical work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much, although would prefer more hands on practical work.

Why?
It's a chance to essentially start again and learn something new or further develop knowledge. Opportunities to work elsewhere in the company so benefits of travel and to learn different cultures can be available. Company values its employees.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be honest and dress smart (appropriately). Tell them why YOU are interested and the benefits YOU can bring to the organisation. Try to stand out all for the good reasons.
