Rotating within different areas of the supply chain, from Logistics, Sourcing, Operations, Quality and Materials focusing on both Tactical and Strategic objectives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship at GE. It challenged me on a daily basis to learn new things and allowed for me to continuously improve.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship has enabled my to develop skills such as problem solving, communication and multi-tasking.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship had good structure. The apprenticeship had a clearly defined Rotation schedule allowing for the greatest opportunity for learning as well as good structures with the University studies.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

In General the employer supports the apprenticeship and has entwined it with the core values.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The business allows around 20% of the working week for the apprentices to focus on their educational studies and qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training provided is first class and really opens up new ways of thinking and new process which improves the success to the apprentice
