Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I have already recommended it to several due to the enjoyment I get from working at BAE and it really is a company for life. I can't see myself making a career change any time soon.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Do something voluntary, Cadet groups are top end for gaining experience that's transferable to the role and Is always something good to get a good application sorted for joining BAE Systems.
