Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

At the minute, i am at a training college known as SETA; during my time here i have learnt a variety of different skills in the electrical and mechanical area. I work with other apprentices, we have wired panels, domestic work and benchfitting activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the program, i am enjoying my work and the team i am with. My expectations were met when i joined this company.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills such as handling new tools, wiring panels, reading diagrams, understanding different tools and equipment in the area. I have gained knowledge in electrical and mechanical principles, further maths, communications and health and safety.

When i have needed support, i have contacted my manager and his guidance and attitude has been great and he has always helped.

My instructors give me the support when i need it, they have helped a lot and i have learnt multiple skills through them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What i am learning in my apprenticeship has helped me perform a lot better in for my role as an apprentice.
