my role is Merchandising Admin Assistant for Fresh & Deli - I basically manage stock for all stores for these departments, and run reports to aid ordering and tracking of the stock
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am very much enjoying my experience at Fortnums! it's nice to be in an environment where people work hard and help eacother.

Multiverse make it very easy by separating each topic into Modules - these come with an activate learning feature, so you can be prepared for introductory calls.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Fortnums give me ample time & support to complete my work - we have also discussed letting me spend time in other departments, to gain a deeper understanding of the business
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Mutliverse have regular check-ins and coaching calls where you can address any issues, and talk about what has been going well - I feel well supported in this regard
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

there are a few modules about data usage, as well as Excel and Power BI training which will definitely help me to become more efficient at my day job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there have been a number of networking drinks already, and I have taken trips to see the Distribution Centre and satellite stores.
