I am responsible for the internal cleaning at the trafford centre. Dealing with budgets, accounts, contracts and the operational teams.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i have enjoyed the programme immensely as it has helped in my development to become a department manager over the past two and a half years.

i have learnt new skills as a result of the ILM and why i may do things a certain way and what it says about me and my management style.

i had a couple of tutor changes over the programme but Martin helped me through the last few months and it was very much appreciated. thanks Martin!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employer has allowed me time to complete the programme with no fuss whatsoever. i have had support from my manager and operations manager.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i have received a lot of help and guidance from Martin. Martin was always available and guided me through the end point assessment phase.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the qualification has helped me immensely in my role. it has helped guide me through to the position i am in today.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are a number of extra curricular activities that we have in our centre. i have recently installed a games room which was very well received.
