within the scheme there where a number of placements in different areas of the business most of these for me where at BAE Warton. on a day to day basis I would be learning possible future job roles from engineers withing the business
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

overall it was good, preferred beingin placements than at the training school. the training staff where good, but the education given by Burnley collage where not the best

yes, team work, communication skills technical skills such as practical electrical fault-finding, design and drawing

the apprentice team are good. if you have any problems they are quick to resolve them but Burnley collage where not the best

a lot. the amount of help support you get is good

an unbelievable amount of support from your skills coach. always really good at helping you and fixing any problems that you have

I am coming out of my time as an apprentice and all I can say is that I feel that I am more than compitnent

yes tons, regular play football with my team and really good social activities
