Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

• Plan routes for delivery drivers by communicating with multiple delivery stations across the UK and EU.
• Calculating driver and volume capacity based on route length, forecast volume and forecast shipments per route.
• Check inputs are correct by following country specific SIM exceptions and standard processes and report any discrepancies to managers.
• Use internal software platforms to generate and assign routes to drivers, generate route sheets, pick orders and wave plans, and create sequencing reports.
• Use Amazon Chime to communicate with the delivery station and members of the team for any support and guidance if required.
• Mentor and train new starters.
• Support team members and managers, helping them with daily tasks and queries.
• Create, audit and update SOPs and checklists.
• Participate in the daily Gemba meeting raising any concerns and calling out any working barriers, safety tips, quality tips and success stories for the day.
• Lead the daily Gemba meeting once a month
