Really well structured. There’s help if I need it and from the beginning it was communicated to me what is expected of me and the help I can receive if I need it. I find everyone very helpful and kind.

As mentioned, lots of help as needed. The help also comes from my tutor.

As much support as I need and he’s always at the end of the phone if I need help with anything

I think that the knowledge I gain with the study that I am doing helps so much in my day to day role. I also feel that the experience gained in my day to day role helps with my study!
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are different social events that happen with the teaching staff which I am involved in. I also have a great friendship with the teachers I work with and the other TA’s. The school are always putting on events which happen outside school hours. An example of which is the recent Mother’s Day picnic.
