Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

This role required to be mismanaged whilst carrying out the following life sapping activities, opening up boxes, learning how to move boxes, learning how not to be ultimately depressed, whilst being told constantly that the job requires you to not use a toilet during work time. Worst experience of my life.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Unfortunately, I came in to the programme full of excitement and genuine wonderment. Over a period of mismanagement, lies and deciept, this drove me to the verge of suicide. Babington in all honesty were slightly better than Amazon, however they can only help so much and will not be able to help if it's needed.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

To be honest this apprenticeship if anything made me realise that there are better things in the world. There are, more important things than lining the pockets of evil corporations. They have with no regard for safety, no regard for well being and honestly would rather kill you than help you.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Initially the programme seemed to have a structure, it became apparent from the first week that this was certainly not the case. Assignments were not marked in time for them to be effective in reinforcing learning and Amazon had no idea what Babington were and what there role actually was.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

This was totally non existent, I did mention on numerous occasions about the injuries I had sustained and the mismanagement of the actual course to amazon, yet they would pretend that they would sort it, for instance the acquisition of a laptop that would be necessary to facilitate the assignments via Babington, was an experience I'd rather not experience again.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support was never really offered, when help was required (informing Babington of Amazon's practices) they could not really help. They would just say, 'I'll send someone an email,' Alas help and support was never forthcoming and no issues have ever been solved, causing anxiety, anguish and mental health problems.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training provider mainly held online assistance to read. As this was a skill I had acquired from an early age this tended to diminish the excitement of learning new things. I can read and I do know how to answer questions that any one with any modicum of intelligence can answer.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

This was non existent, considering going to the toilet is seen as a sacrilegious act, there obviously wasn't any of these things within Amazon. At Amazon, you are a worm and accordingly you are treated as such by pretentious, arrogant, idiotic beings wearing yellow hi-vis shirts with 'Leadership' on the back.

Would you recommend Amazon to a friend?
No
Why?
There is nobody who can honestly say that working for Amazon is recommended. If they do they are inherently idiotic or genuinely demented and psychotic. I have been driven to the point of despair on numerous occasions because of mismanagement, lies, backstabbing and magnanimous abuses of fake power and authority.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
Don't. Honestly, for the sake of you health and your own sense of personal well-being do not apply to work at Amazon. It will break you. If you want to wither your life away and constantly enjoy being belittled and wish to live a life of nothingness then apply.
