opening up
closing down
stocktake
helping run the kitchen
team welfare
housekeeping checks and motivation
cashing up
hotel check ins and guest relations.
dealing with areas in GK like finance etc
making reservations
general upkeep of the building
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Communication skills and presentation skills are the biggest ones i have factored in.
people skills and how to deal with different kinds of situations
I have also adapted in confidence and speaking to larger audiences.
