Supporting placement team within an estimating role. Making sure college work is up to date and completed to a high standard
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find it interesting learning about the area of work, continuously building on my skill set and enjoy working in a fast pased environment, constantly being challenged

Well structured so no added pressure on top of workload. We have one college day every 4 weeks with work set between

Lots of support from different people such as skills coach, apprenticeship lead and placement manager. all offer different support and very understanding

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

It is mostly up to the apprentices to arrange social events, this could be to do with hibrid working/ the pandemic. We did have an outward bounds, team building week away in November which helped get to know other apprentices, build working relationships
