To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot as I find the role itself very interesting, as well as this, the people within the business are brilliant so the networks that you create really improve the experience as a whole.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been learning and developing skills from day one in this apprenticeship, these include organisational skills and communication skills, as well as presentation skills. also, through the college days with Kaplan I have developed my technical accounting skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the organisation shown from my scheme is very good, there are clear procedures in place that allow my studying and day to day job to run smoothly. also, the way that the Kaplan sessions are structured is brilliant.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The amount of support received from my managers truly helps with all aspects of my career. the support I receive from my placement manager is instrumental in the completing of my day to day job, and the support I receive from my line manager really helps with the general administration.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I think the qualification that we are working towards really correlates with the role that I am carrying out.

yes, there are lots of things outside of work that I have the option to get involved with that allow me to network with fellow employees.
