What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Although most of the time I worked from home I did get a good feel for the company culture and it was an enjoyable friendly atmosphere from all the staff I had to liaise with.

Prepare well for the interview, be professional but also be yourself and enjoy working within your team. Tata Steel is a very well known longstanding organisation which is what inspired me to join and I'm thankful to add the experience to my employment history.
