Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The week consisted of many sessions with different members of the various teams within Investment Banking. There was also a group exercise and a group project presentation which were assessed, as well as an interview for the summer internship programme on the last day.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Very interesting and helped me realise whether I want to pursue a career in Investment Banking

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone in the company was so kind and willing to schedule one-on-one calls to chat and answer any questions I had. The entrepreneurial spirit of the company really came across, as well as the flat structure meaning that interaction with senior managers is frequent.
