On a day to day basis it is always something different and exciting. This is what makes it exciting. It can vary from business reporting to business presentations and even to placing orders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much as it has enabled me to meet new people and work with them on very cool projects. This brings a sense of excitement and entertainment.

I have learnt massively on my strategic vision which has helped me within my work. i have developed on my determination and my courage in order to get the work I'm doing, done.

My programme is very well organised/structured. There is lots of planning and organising that goes into my programme in order to give me the best experience
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of of support from my employer. They constantly make sure that i have no issues or worries. There is also lots of point of contacts i am made aware of that i can go to if i need any help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider provides me with lots of support. They are always open to phone calls if i need any help, they are always helping me on Skype Instant Message if i have any questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to understand more about the business and how it operates. It enables me to learn more and build more skills that i can then use in the business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I can get involved with the on base gyms for example. On base at Coningsby there is a gym available to me. this is something i can go to.

Why?
BAE Systems is a perfect company to work for as they do a lot for their employees. There are also lots of opportunities for employees to undertake. There is more job roles then you think.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be open to new opportunities and new teams. Everyone is also there to help so if you are stuck dont be afraid to ask.
