Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Explored the work of the IB, Equity S&T, Equity Research team.
Engaged with analysts discussing their day at work and received advice on how to cope with difficulties occurring at work.
Introduced to the various employee resource groups.
Given the opportunity to participate in an accelerated interview for the 2022 Summer Analyst Intern programme.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was inspiring to actually talk to analysts from different teams. In addition, learning about how the different teams work together properly introduced me to the work ethics of Jefferies.
