I have learnt many different skills while working within BAE, actively participating in different courses and learning a variety of new concepts from moving around the business.

The programme is very well laid out and structured. The programme can change quite often and the organisational structures in place prevent major issues.

I receive a vast amount of support from my managers. This includes managers from all areas of the business who invest time in the apprenticeship programme.
