The support available at university is good but not as good as at work, due to lecturers being 'too busy' with other things

Why?
They are a very good and helpful employer that provide the knowledge and experience needed to complete tasks set, but also provide facilities to help with life in the future. (pension scheme, shares scheme etc)

Don't hesitate to express yourself and your beliefs, as it is a very inclusive employer.
