Involved in the business operations within my placements. Currently in Paint and Coating project planning. University is 1 day a week.

Really enjoy all aspects of work, the university course is challenging yet engaging.

So far I feel my Communication, Confidence, Organisation, Planning, IT and Business knowledge have all improved due to having lots of opportunities within placements to build on these.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Due to being such a large company there are a lot of other apprentices to manage, this does show occasionally. On the whole things are decently organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support when required, but will equally allow you to be independent. I feel confident asking for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Due to doing uni from home I feel somewhat distanced from the uni and getting support. I feel this could be improved upon.
