To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Company culture is very good, with a very sharp and clear focus on the wellbeing and comfort of the employees over making metric tons of profit.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
With regards to the education, all mentors so far have been approachable and very helpful in aiding us understand complex concepts that many of us may not have ever seen or heard of before.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
There is however a community of table tennis within the AMA itself, with tournaments and it is very popular among the apprentices. It is a very good way to relax and brush up on a fun sport.
