Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
the organisation can be improved as with covid 19 we have had a fair few people being off sick such as the tutors and my peers however this cannot be helped sometimes but other than that its been really well organised and structured and i dont think it needs much improvement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
we receive a lot of support from our employers such as all personal protective equipment is provided to us as employees free of charge by our employer for us to safely work in the workshop or shop floor environment as this could cause quite a problem if we had to fund it ourselves
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
we receive a lot of support our training provider which is furness college when we are working towards our qualifications such as virtual support when working at home to verbal support when working in the work shop and when we are in the class rooms and this helps a lot
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
i feel like the qualification that we get through our training provider helps a lot to perform better in our role as we get a better understanding in the area that we are working in when we reach the end of our apprenticeship and become trades people when we are working in our job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
currently as far as i am aware there are no extra curricular activities to involved in at our work and this would benefit us greatly when working because we would be able to work better with the team that we work in as we would be able to make better friends
