Studying Electrical maintenance and principles at college. As well as this we learn CAD and Bench fitting techniques.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the learning processes we go through as well as the comradeship from my fellow apprentices.

Out programme is structured well with all of the tasks being easy to understand and in such a way that they build off of each other.

They offer lots of different apprenticeships ant treat us all as equals as well as catering well to our specific needs.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Don’t overthink the application process, it seems very hard and long but if you take your time it is easy.
