Managing Change projects and continuous improvement for Mails and parcels area of Post office to make things easier for our customers, Postmasters and client.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Pandemic aside I really enjoyed my apprenticeship. taking a distance learning course has its drawbacks but all things considered it was excellent.

Skills Development

5/5
My self confidence has improved dramatically and the ability to make decisions has been enhanced a great deal

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The OU MBA course was quite old (and the syllabus has subsequently been updated) but generally it was well run and organised. the biggest issue I and felloe students had was the lack of consistency of tutors and their knowledge of the apprenticeship elements of the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I was able to take a day a week to support my study as required and my employer was very flexible
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
OU support was very good except when they didn't have the answers regarding the apprenticeship portion of the course
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It has given me the confidence and toolkit to achieve greater things
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
Not really (certainly not at the moment)
