The programme is very structured as I have regular meetings with my university professors and my line managers to discuss my progress at university and at work. I also have set learning targets that I need to achieve every month.

I receive a lot of support as I receive a lot of trainings and company benefits from my employer. I have a lot of people with whom I can speak to if I am struggling at work.

My university professors do their best to ensure that I am fully supported with all the education materials and they are always happy to answer any questions that I have about certain work-related topics.
