Day to day is never the same. Due to to the dynamic nature of planning, with a lot of project work and smaller works, no two working days will be the same.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt alt of job specific skills, like using Visio and Autocad for example. I have a lot grown new skills and strengthened my existing skills such as communicating and time management.

It is well structured from both the Virgin Media and BPP side.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Virgin Media provide a lot pf support and this something i feel lucky to have. Managers and teams also have the upmost support and understanding.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

BPP give a lot of support especially from our coaches and I am lucky to a coach now who is invested entirely and personally in my development.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allows me to take principles of project management and use them in different environments. These principles would benefit almost any one in different jobs.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are many and I enjoy team meals/ activates the most.

I recommend because of well treated employees are plus there are many benefits.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
Prepare for a lot of jargon especially if you don't come from a telecoms background. This is something everyone faces but you will be using the language in no time.
