Installing network circuits online, for business customers. Day to day - reviewing contracts, filling out forms, gathering and compiling data, then using this to create the circuit.

Yes. There is a whole training programme dedicated to providing training for many IT skills.

Yes, there are all of the above. Haven't been able to access this much due to covid, however it is now coming back
