Administration on a day to day basis completing cases which includes communications with clients answering generic questions to setting up pension payments, transfers and death benefits
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot because you are always learning and always have something to do both work wise and learning wise.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is organized very well as we always have something to do and there is many learning sessions to attend which help you improve your skills alongside alot of catchup session incase you need something whilst working or have any questions in general.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

we receive alot of support from our employer as anything we need we can just ask and if the request is reasonable we will receive it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we receive more than enough support from our training provider as we can always get in contact with them whenever we need and have multiple catchups to make sure everything is okay.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think that the qualification helps me perform better in my role and the calculations i am doing within the training session for the tests match the same manual calculations i do within my job role outside the apprenticeship programme.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are multiple extra-curricular activities which you can attend however due to covid they are all now online/virtual but still hold the same value as they do in person.
