Can be challenging at times especially during busy work periods but overall I enjoy it and it is rewarding

Yes currently on a CII course so learning about the wider insurance industry aswell as relationship building and time management skills

Very well organised despite challenges and setbacks due to COVID

A lot of support although it is during our 2 busiest periods so the workload has set me back a bit but colleagues have helped there

Very flexible with how they are to work such as allowing us to work from home, understanding with childcare and they support your development

Do it and give it your all get on every development course you can as this is a great company to get started in the Insurance industry and develop your career
