To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the programme that i am on but with being full time leader it is hard to manage my time. This is a goal for myself to ensure that i give the time needed to complete my coursework to the best of my ability. I am able to prvide the examples required as i do the job already.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt new skills since the apprenticeship such as different leadership styles and how to use these in my day to day role with different team members. I have also been able to develop my existing skills with this too. I have also learnt more about managing a team and dealing with KPIs

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme is very rganised as we get a table which shows when the webinar sessions are so we can plan these in. There is also deadlines to meet which are set out in the schedule to so you always know what you should be on with. There is clear structure with this.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I recieve a lot of support from my employer i am able to approach my own leader or other leaders who have done the course for guidence and help to enable me to complete my coursework. I can also refer to other leaders around me to support when providing examples
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I do recieve support from my training provider in terms of if i need additional time or if i am unable to meet the deadline they will support with extensions and advice on what is best to focus on to move forward in the course. We also hold meetings each month to discuss progression
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that this qualification helps as i am learning more about different things in management and leadership that i wouldnt sometimes know just by doing the role. I undertsand it is great to know the background of why things are done which is what i am learning from the course
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Before the pandemic there was a large amount of extra activities such as a sports and social club membership where we can get involved with things out side of work such as quiz nights and treasure hunt activities. There is also summer party events too. Since the pandemic this has reduced but we will look to get these back up and running when able to
