I have recently had a change in tutor, which I've been waiting to have a meeting with for a couple of months so I'm unable to comment on my new tutor as of yet. However my previous tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was very helpful and supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Since starting my apprenticeship I have developed further in my career at RSA by moving into a specialist role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend RSA Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I have since recommended a few people work at RSA, I feel their out look on a work / home balance is encouraging and the want to develop individuals to become better and move up in the company is great. RSA offer support in many areas of life (not just work)
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Group?
Do your best, they don't expect you to be perfect. Extensive training is provided to make sure you're ready for the role you applied for but if you're your authentic self and you genuinely care about helping others then you shouldn't have any issues.
