Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My days consist of checking through peoples documents to see if they are suitable for finance. I interact with customers and dealers on a daily basis and confer with other members in my team and other departments to discuss decision making. I also have the opportunity to work on projects.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging to help us succeed.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am definitely learning how to be more of a leader. I am given many opportunities to run my own meetings and work on projects which have helped me grow as an individual.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised and we have a good structure. We have 121's put it place on a regular basis and we have the opportunity to receive extra help and support if we need it.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

An immense amount of support. You are never let to feel as though you are alone. There is always someone to help when you need it.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support. We have the opportunity to put meetings in for further help towards gaining the best qualification.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Everything links in nicely. I can use the things I learn in my team development time. My qualification can help to better the team and try out new things.
