Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an Account manage. I manage sub prime customer agreements who take out finance on a vehicle from the start up until they settle their agreement.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the companies cultures and values I feel I fit in perfectly, the team dynamic is great and opportunities available make it more enjoyable.

I've learnt to better communicate with customers, manage people as well a develop collaborative relationships

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very organised in the sense that i have weekly to monthly catch up and reviews to ensure I am on track. Study dates and work dates are clearly scheduled in.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a Team leader and a Mentor that support me through my job role as well with University Assignments. I have weekly to monthly reviews ensuring I am staying on track and meeting my potential.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have lecturers and also a Uni mentor to help ensure I get the grades I require, I also have the option to use study days to attend online webinars to further improve my writing skills.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me an overall insight off different elements within a business. Within my role especially it allows me to understand how to manage and lead people as well bringing in theories that I can use in future projects to improve areas if the organisation.
