Collecting user stories, working on making and refining products for stakeholders, making presentations, attending workshops, organising meetings, organising Planner tasks

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I've acted as a project lead for an event and led presentations to senior stakeholders. I've also led meetings and hosted events.

I've had a lot of people around me who are incredibly supportive and willing to answer any questions I may have. Having a wide network to reach out to has made remote working much easier and I'm grateful for all of my colleagues!

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Incredible, warm and welcoming environment. Was encouraged to also enjoy my life outside of work and was never forced to do overtime (which was a worry of working within a big corporation, but that was very swiftly squashed!)

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

10/10, it's been an incredible experience that I've gained so many skills from and many connections with great colleagues who have been a pleasure to work with. The only thing that could improve it would be if I was able to work in person more but that is due to the pandemic, not BAE!
