I have found Davies group really easy to communicate with and have helped me progress through the apprenticeship. I get all the support i would expect.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy that i can fit it in around my daily work. I also like the Learning sessions we do in which [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] from Davies walks us through certain chapters.

Well structured to meet the CII requirements, even with Covid it flows well

I receive just the right amount, they appreciate that this is important to me so i am able to make time to complete the work required

i receive a lot of support, we have monthly meetings in which we recap on the work i have completed

I have learnt a lot more about the insurance market which i know has and will help me in my role and future roles

There are networking events, within my role i also opt to join broker meetings to get the external face meetings
