i provide consultancy and advice on data projects, as well as problem solving, and data architecture solutions. I would also take problems and issues and build a high level plan for solving them, and then try to get them implemented.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Again, still very early, but once i've overcome the panic, i'm certain i'll get a lot out of it. I would suggest that there seems to be a disconnect between pre -lecture reading and the actual lecture tho...

at this stage it is difficult to say - there is lots of support from QA, but sometimes I feel that specific queries don't get answered.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Loads, they give me the time, ask how i'm doing. As much support as i'd expect

At this stage i don't feel like i can answer this. They run a lot of sessions, and i am attending those

i think it will give me extra skills, and allow me to become a better rounded architect - from a different point of view

not at the moment. covid innit. there used to be. We also used to have a sports hall. that was great... sadly gone now

Why?
don't reward existing staff properly. you have to leave and come back to get a pay rise.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Group?
When applying, keep pushing them for information or timescales. it seems like they arent very good at responding at the moment
