Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As an apprentice I work a five day week with one of those days dedicated to study every week. I work in HR so my day-to-day responsibilities vary but everyday I check my emails and check in with my team to create a priority list for the day.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm really enjoying my programme it has exceeded my expectations!

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed lots of new skills as an apprentice with Unilever. It's helped me develop my communication skills as well as allowing me to understand the working world.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Unilever have an extremely well organised apprenticeship programme. I feel fully supported and there are many other apprentices at Unilever so you have support from your team and from people going through the same thing as you.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is extremely supportive! I have had lots of support with virtual working and they are very supportive of my studies!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
